A customer wanted a display piece of their favorite New Balance shoe. Michael spent 4–5 hands-on hours editing and refining the model, followed by nearly a day of printing in high-quality PLA.

MEET THE MAKERS
Made personal, by our family.
We're Michael and Shannon, the family behind Oserna3D in South Carolina. Michael began his U.S. Navy career as an enlisted Hospital Corpsman and, over more than 30 years of service, later commissioned into the Nurse Corps, progressing from E-1 to O-4. That same mix of service, problem-solving, and hands-on work helped shape our family workshop.
Oserna3D is where we get to make things because they're useful, fun, strange, personal, or simply worth putting on a shelf. We offer original Oserna3D creations alongside designs licensed from independent artists, and we love custom projects that start with, “I wonder if we could make that?”

Am I buying a finished product or a digital file?
Most listings are physical products. The Custom Project Request is a refundable $5 deposit for review and a quote; no item ships with the deposit. We do not sell STL downloads.
How do I choose between clickers and flexis?
Clickers have a pressable switch for a satisfying click. Flexis bend and wiggle through articulated joints. Choose a clicker for the sound and feel of pressing, or a flexi for moving and posing.
What should I know about shipping?
Free domestic Economy shipping on orders of $50 or more. Delivery options and any shipping charges for your address appear at checkout. Need an item for a particular date? Contact us before ordering so we can confirm timing.
Can I request a custom order?
Yes. Use our Custom Project Request form to upload a picture, describe your idea, and pay a $5 refundable deposit. We confirm feasibility and pricing before production. The deposit goes toward the final price, or is refunded if we do not move forward.
What is your return policy?
Eligible returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. Conditions and exclusions apply, including custom products. Please read our return and refund policy for full details.
Are fidgets suitable for young children?
Our fidgets are intended for ages 5 and up and may contain small parts. Keep them away from younger children and supervise use. Decorative collectibles are intended for display.
